Mother and Baby Yoga Classes

Patricia's Mother and Baby Yoga Classes are held at Exeter Natural Health Centre, Queen's Walk, Exeter EX4 3RP

 Mondays 1.30pm till 3pm

 Thursdays 11am till 12.30pm.

These weekly classes will give you and your baby time out together to share the many benefits of yoga and relaxation as well as meet other mums and babies.

Cost £6 per session
