Motherhood Gatherings
A wonderful morning to meet the new babies, share our birth stories as well as doing baby massage and gymnastics, revitalising stretches for mum, discussion on natural parenting issues and much more….
These mornings are about inspiration, new friendships with women who are going through a similar transition in life, support and ideas to deal with the challenging moments, stretching a tired body and looking after yourself in motherhood.

The babies enjoy being with other babies, the massage and gym, the songs and all exercises are designed to do with your baby so it is fun for all. We usually manage a short relaxation at the end, too.
You can attend the gatherings from shortly after the birth till your baby is crawling.
